The Direct Effect® initiative is a collaborative effort among academia, the printing and mailing industry, and the United States Postal Service.
Leaders Connect is a mentorship program designed to equip the future leaders of the mailing and shipping industry with the knowledge they need to be successful. Rising stars from the industry will join as Mentees and be connected with experienced Mentors, who can guide them with their expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders to learn from the best, expand their network, and position themselves for career growth.
